If you experience problems when printing and the money has been debited, please contact the HelpDesk by email at helpdesk@haw-landshut.de for a refund. Please let us know your user name, the reason for the refund, the print job (number of pages), the amount to be refunded and the printer name. To view your print job and the amount debited, log in to Papercut and then select „Recent print jobs“ from the menu on the left.

Please note:

For accounting reasons, a cash payment or chargeback from your printing account to your Mensa card/student ID is not possible. One option would be to sell the credit to another person, as the credit can be transferred (see above: How can I top up and manage my print credit account?).
