Enter a private e-mail address for the purpose of resetting the password

1. select the „Account management“ tile in the SSO portal

2. then click on the „Private e-mail address“ button.

3. enter a valid e-mail address and save it.

4. confirm that you have this e-mail address. An e-mail will be sent to the newly entered e-mail address. Click on this link to activate your private e-mail address.

If you have clicked on the link, you will be asked to log in again.

5. if the e-mail has not arrived, you can request it again under „Account management → Private e-mail address“:
