If you have forgotten your password, please go to https://sso.haw-landshut.de/pwreset/

Under „User name“, please enter your university ID, which you will also use to log on to the computers at the university. A link will then be sent by e-mail to your private e-mail address registered with us, or if you have not yet registered one, to your university e-mail address (or to the corresponding forwarding address), with which you can log in at https://sso.haw-landshut.de/resetcode and set a new password.

If none of this works, please send us a copy of your identity card and (if available) student ID with the fields blacked out, except for your surname, first name and date of birth, to helpdesk@haw-landshut.de. Our HelpDesk staff will then reset your password.

You are also welcome to visit the Helpdesk (N108) with an identification document within our Öffnungsszeiten, come by.

NOTEAfter 3 attempts to reset the password (3 emails with reset code) you will be blocked. The block will be cancelled automatically after 24 hours.
