While using the HAWLA TOTP app errors may occur, e.g. due to a software update of the device. In most cases, an error code is displayed with a short message.
If an error code is displayed, please write an e-mail to helpdesk@haw-landshut.de with a picture of the error code attached and briefly describe what you have done to cause the error. Please also include the model of your device, e.g. „Google Pixel 3a“, as well as the operating system and version used, e.g. „Android 13.0“.
